Cajun Pigs In Blankets, Side Salad, Eggplant Parmigiana

After nearly 30 hours in transit from my door in Hanoi to the United States, I finally met my best friend Tito again today in a very cold, very icy New York City. We were both pretty beaten into the ground by the chilly weather but we did manage to sneak in a meal at Grand Central Terminal.

I’m taking two days off of Automattic work on Monday and Tuesday to explore lots more of the city with Tito, so expect more tomato sauce and cheese-covered photos within the next few days.

Also I think it’s pretty easy to mention that portion sizes in the United States are absurd. I think I finished 30% of this meal.
