Gimbap, Kimchi, Sausage, Boiled Corn, and Cookies with Ice Cream

I’m pretty sure that last night was the first time I’ve ever eaten gimbap, the Korean version of Japanese rolled sushi. It wasn’t bad at all. The ice cream is New Zealand Natural (Chocolate Ecstasy and Boysenberry Dream) and the cookies are from Joma.
