Tom Yum Gai, Pomelo with Minced Pork and Dry Shrimp Spicy Salad

I should remember that I’m in Thailand right now, which means that if I ask for “very little spiciness” I should expect for my lips to hurt so good. I ate a quick lunch at Chilli Culture Thai Kitchen a little while ago and loved it, but I couldn’t help wondering how Thai people can stand both blazing hot weather—it’s 34.9 °C with a feels like 43 °C rating right now—and spicy food at the same time. It’s nothing short of impressive.
