Slow Cooked Veal Osso Bucco, Saffron Risotto, Gremolata

Decided to fly down to Saigon for less than 24 hours tonight. It had been over a year since I was in the city last and will probably be a long time until I’m back again, given that I’m leaving Vietnam for a while. Tonight I caught up with an old friend at Opera and tomorrow morning I’ll catch up with a few more. It definitely feels weird being back in the city as a visitor, but I kind of like it this way.
