Minced Seafood in Lettuce Cups, Black Mushrooms with Mustard Greens

Today I went to lunch with my close friend Tony, who used to work and live in Hanoi. It’s the second time we’ve eaten at R & G Lounge—it’s fantastic—and probably won’t be the last. San Francisco is the only city inside of the United States for which I would at this point ever seriously consider leaving Vietnam. I have friends and coworkers here, the social atmosphere fits me, and the food and weather are lovely.
