I spent a wonderful weekend in Amarillo, Texas, attending a best friend’s white coat ceremony and catching up with my Dallas-area friends (we ate lunch at Pho Hoa today).
Although I only lived in the region for one year many of the friends I made during that time remain near and dear to me. Amarillo seems like a nice place, at least from the limited exposure I had to it during these two days. The people are ultra-friendly. Nothing beats southern hospitality.
