Greek Salad, Dolmathes with Oven Potatoes

During my Rice University days I’d often go with my best friend to Niko Niko’s for Greek food. It’s been a Houston establishment since 1977 and it’s one of my favorite places to eat at any time I’m in the city. Today the same best friend from college and I went to the restaurant and we were quite impressed by how much it’s grown during the last decade. The line was as long as I remember it being and the food was still great.

In other news, I’m excited that I’ve been conditionally approved for Global Entry. My in-person interview is in two weeks, and after I complete it I won’t have to suffer through so much wait time every time I enter the United States for the next five years.
