From Mau on 665 Valencia with Tony. I always love spending time with Vietnam-made friends in the States; our chats find their ways back to Hanoi or Saigon. The food here was really good; it definitely didn’t taste Vietnamese, but it was super-fulfilling and hearty. It also reminded me how much I miss Vietnam and how happy I am that I’ll be back for almost the entire month of August.
