After more than 3 months of a flesh-free diet I’m back on fish and chicken in a very happy way. I found that severely restricting my diet to meatless (and fishless) eating actually made me gain a lot of weight due to the carbs I kept stuffing myself with in search of satiation. This makes me feel much more balanced physically and psychologically. The creamy stuff was too much, though; creams on meat aren’t my thing.
