Pan-Seared Swordfish

Travel days are always super-rough, no matter how near or far I go. I woke up at 3:00 AM Houston time to shower, pack, and drive-and-shuttle to the airport and finally arrived into San Francisco at 10:30 AM local time (9 hours and 30 minutes from wake to SF). Shortly thereafter I stopped off to inspect the progress on my new home, which is currently not yet suitable for living, and then went for a lunch at Straits with Bernadette. It’s currently nearing 3:30 PM in San Francisco and my body feels like it’s midnight. The upcoming week will be one filled with juggling an intense workload with getting moved into my place; I’m not sure how I’ll survive it but my guess it that it’ll involve caffeine.
