Steamed Chicken Momos, Hot Milk Tea, “Green” Salad

Every time I take a 28+ hour door-to-door flight with stops, I tell myself that I’m never doing it again. And a few months later I do it again. I suppose the itch to contribute to and move about the world in meaningful ways outweighs the sheer pain that comes with the actual “move about” part of it all.

I’m in Kathmandu until Tuesday for WordCamp Nepal 2013; if this year is anything like last year, I suspect that tomorrow will be truly great.

Souper!Salad! in Irving

I think the last time I ate here was over ten years ago. It’s an “all-you-care-to-eat” soup and salad place that’s popular within the southern and western United States. I’m in Dallas tonight visiting family and friends. Tomorrow it’s off to Kathmandu for WordCamp Nepal 2013; I’ll be speaking about the process of becoming a full-time WordPress theme developer. I can’t wait.
